Raynaud’s Disease happens when arteries that deliver blood to the skin narrow, which causes circulation problems in the affected toes or fingers. Women are more likely to develop Raynaud’s disease than men.
What Causes Raynaud's Disease?
- Cold temperatures

- Injuries to the foot, toe, hand or fingers
- Smoking
- Reactions from certain medications

Symptoms of Raynaud’s Disease may include:
- Foot pain
- Cold toes or fingers
- Color changes affecting the skin as a response to the cold
- Numbness
